Thomas G. Rosencrants, Chairman
A well-known and highly regarded member of the financial services sector, Mr. Rosencrants has extensive experience in the insurance and technology industries. He is also the Founder, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Greystone Capital Group, LLC, an Atlanta-based Private Equity firm focused on the financial services sector. Before forming Greystone Capital Group, Mr. Rosencrants was Senior Vice President of the Insurance Research Group at Robinson-Humphrey, a subsidiary of Salomon Smith Barney. He is also a former Partner and Director of Research at Conning & Company in Hartford, Connecticut. During his insurance career, Mr. Rosencrants served as a Commercial Lines Underwriter and Director of Market Research and Product Development. Mr. Rosencrants serves on the Board of Directors of CompuCredit Corporation and

Technology Inc.
Both are

companies. Mr.
Rosencrants
serves as

Audit Committee

Andrew J. Serowitz, President & Chief Operating Officer
As President and Chief Operating Officer of Ravello Solutions, Andy works closely with the CEO in creating, devising and implementing the vision, goals and objectives of the company throughout the organization. Long range planning, strategic direction and acquisitions are also functions where Mr. Serowitz plays a significant role. He manages the company’s daily operations, while also leading the company’s research and product development initiatives. Andy has been an integral part of Ravello’s senior management team for ten years.
The award winning workflows of Ravello’s modern architecture and software applications are largely due to Mr. Serowitz’s vision, foresight and intuitiveness for insurance technology. His guidance, coaching and direction with clients and staff during the project implementation process have resulted in new software designs, enhancing our clients’ user experience. Furthermore, Andy orchestrates the communication flow with each client and oversees the development process for the data migration, conversion and implementation phases of a project. His extensive expertise with insurance operations, rating and electronic issuance applications has resulted in new features, functions and capabilities of the Ravello system software applications. Refining, improving and executing seamless client service while dramatically enhancing the clients’ user experience for insurance technology on-time, on budget, every time is one of Andy’s key initiatives.
Prior to joining Ravello’s executive team, Mr. Serowitz spent fifteen years on Wall Street at Salomon Smith Barney and Merrill Lynch. At both firms, he worked as a financial services executive specializing in the insurance industry. As a result, Andy has considerable knowledge and is proficient in fixed income investments, investment strategy, tax strategy, investment banking, accounting, finance and technology applications. His extensive background, knowledge of the insurance industry and business acumen provide Andy with the unique ability for solving complex strategic challenges that insurance companies face.
Mr. Serowitz is a graduate of Columbia University with a Bachelors degree in Economics in 1982. In 1986, he received his Masters degree from Harvard Business School.
